From Breast to Table
A Confident Transition to Solid Foods for Your Baby
Transitioning from breast or bottle feeding to solid foods can be an exciting time for families as they watch their baby.
Introducing solid foods can be a messy adventure while baby explores new textures and foods while also building hand - eye coordination and self-expresssion.
Interest in your plate or food, chewing on their hands and showing interest in mouthing toys are often the first hint we have that our babies are ready to start solid foods.
During this session we’ll discuss common methods for starting solids, simple meal prep for your older baby/young toddler, meal routines and cautions for food sensitivities or allergens.
Sessions can be held in person or virtually.
