From Bump to Baby

Expecting a little one or more? Planning ahead can help you prepare for baby’s arrival and what to expect in the early weeks, the transition into parenthood and what to expect in the first few weeks.

Prenatal sessions are the perfect time to learn about milk production, infant feeding and sleep patterns, latch techniques and positioning. We’ll also chat about ways to help maximize milk supply, signs of potential concerns and tips for thriving in the first few weeks.

More than one baby? I’ve got you covered and I’ve been there! I may not be able to prep you for stereophonic baby cries but we can discuss ways to prepare for the uniqueness of multiples including common concerns, tools to support feeding sessions, challenges that may occur, optimizing milk production and support systems for parents of multiples.
