    Assessment of weight gain, milk transfer and a review of your care plan and baby’s progress to ensure you feel comfortable with your feeding routine

    Four weeks of follow up with weekly call or text support

Support That Grounds You for the Fourth Trimester

Feel confident through the full newborn transition. Rooted & Ready gives you comprehensive support through your baby’s first three months — from feeding concerns to routines and sleep patterns. We’ll build your rhythm together.

Priority Scheduling, recommend scheduling between 24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy.
