Prenatal sessions are the perfect time to learn about milk production, infant feeding and sleep patterns, latch techniques and positioning. We’ll also chat about ways to help maximize milk supply, signs of potential concerns and tips for thriving in the first few weeks.

More than one baby? I’ve got you covered and I’ve been there! I may not be able to prep you for stereophonic baby cries but we can discuss the uniqueness of multiples, options for feeding sessions, challenges that may occur, optimizing milk production and support systems for parents of multiples.

Believe in the Magic of Breastmilk! Whether you are feeding directly, exclusively pumping or using a combination of breast and bottle feeding from the comfort and privacy of your home, my office or virtually, consults are a time to discuss your concerns and help optimize feeding sessions.

I speak baby- plan to feed your baby during our visit in the way that best suites you both. If baby is fussy, we'll meet those needs too.  Consults are often a mix of addressing concerns, playing with baby and soothing when needed. 

During our time together, we will review health history and baby's, do a quick weight check, an assessment of baby and a feeding or pumping session. We will also discuss your concerns and goals.

During our visit, we will work together to create a plan to help meet your goals with CONFIDENCE!

A follow up visit may be scheduled to assist in meeting your goals, review previous concerns and address current questions.

Stepping out with friends or a much-needed date night? Planning ahead for a mini vacation or preparing to return to work?

Flange fit really does matter! Comfort is the name of the game for optimizing fit, milk production and making the most of our pumping sessions.

During a fitting consult, we’ll discuss the differences between wearable and traditional pumps, flange types, fit, pumping schedules and milk storage.

Sessions can be held virtually or in person.

The first year is filled with growth for baby and parents! Milestone consults are a great way to touch base and check in to see how your baby is growing, make adjustments for changes in your lives or preparations for upcoming events.

3 months- Returning to work, introducing bottles and new care providers may also be in the near future. These sessions often include bottle discussion or trials, review of work/pump schedules or sleep/feeding patterns.

6 months- Starting Solids and movement is on the mind of many at this stage. Consults may be focused on teething and nursing, introducing cups, starting solid foods and what to expect in the next six months.

9-12 months - new teeth, the weaning process and planning for future siblings are a few of the topics discussed during these sessions.
