Your Lactation Visit Details / What It Looks Like To Work With Me


Initial Visit
90-120 minutes of tender, detailed care learning about you and your family. Let’s dig into your current issues and top concerns. It’s here we’ll discuss important topics like:
  • Your feeding goals
  • Pregnancy
  • Birth story
  • Any labor or delivery complications
  • Any medical or health concerns
  • Breast, feeding, and oral assessment (where we find the problem)
  • Weight checks
  • Referrals if needed
  • Resources
  • Follow Up Visits
  • 45-90 minutes of addressing any new issues and checking on your progress. Depending on what you or your baby are experiencing, you may need more than one visit to resolve it.
    But don’t worry. Let’s continue to work on your feeding dreams one step at a time. Trust me, we’ll get you there!
  • Detailed Care Plan
    You call the shots here. It’s all about finding what works best for your family. I use 12 years’ experience to guide you through all the details so you feel ready for what’s next. 
    Whether it’s daycare, going back to work, staying at home, combo feeding, pumping, other siblings, or anything else you can think of — your personalized plan aims at reaching your specific goals.
  • 2 Weeks Of Added Support
Don't be frantic about fitting everything into one visit. Because I’ve been doing this a long time, I can almost guarantee you’ll have questions after we talk or when you start feeding your baby on your own. 
I've got your back with text/phone/email support for two additional weeks from the date of your initial visit!
A travel fee of $45 applies to all home visits

Office Visits 
Held at The Chiropractic Place for Mommy & Me in Aledo, Texas (203 E. Oak St). Our building sits behind the Aledo Flower Shoppe. Look for a big sign at the end of the driveway! Check in at the front desk and I’ll be with you soon!

Virtual Visits
Just like a home or office visit, minus a weight check.  We'll cover your pressing concerns and questions, assess latch and a feeding session.
Virtual visits are typically 45-60mins.

Cancellations/No Show Appointments
Please give 24 hrs notice for cancellation - I'd be happy to assist with rescheduling our appointment if needed or moving to a Virtual appointment in the case of illness or an emergency situation.
Cancellations made less than 24hrs in advance will be charged a $75 administrative fee
No Show Appointments will NOT be refunded
